Entrance B Renovation – North B Building

The North B Building entrance had deteriorated concrete, creating safety concerns. Antigua Construction completed a comprehensive renovation to improve safety, accessibility, and campus appeal.The project included replacement of concrete walks and ramps, regrading for an ADA-compliant sidewalk, subsurface drainage and sewer line upgrades, and front landscaping enhancements. Delivered on time and within budget, the work created a safer, more functional, and welcoming campus entrance.

C106 Classroom Renovation – C Building  

March 5th, 2025

Antigua Construction transformed Room C106 in the C Building into a modern, collaborative learning space for the Criminal Justice program.The renovation included demolition of existing ceilings, flooring, markerboards, and window shades, and the creation of three case scenario spaces. New flooring, ceilings, lighting, power, and ductwork were installed to support a flexible, functional environment that enhances student engagement and collaboration.
